If your hearing a clicking sound when pushing the horn button then it sounds like you need to replace the horn the diaphram is probably no good.if it was a bad connection you wouldn`t hear a clicking noise.the slow wipers sounds like it could be a poor ground on the wiper motor.you can run a separate ground wire to the wiper body and if the wipers work at a normal speed then that is all you have to do.if not then the power wire needs to be checked for battery voltage if its good then the problem is likely the wiper motor itself.the flickering interior light may be the light switch maybe moving just enough to make contact to allow power to the light.make sure the switch is into the off position and see what happens.

SOURCE: f350 horn blows and dome light comes on randomly

I think you are right.Find the short and repair it or you can try to take the bulb out of the dome light and keep the switch on and see if that helps but you won't have a dome light.

SOURCE: horn, windshield wiper not working, new fuse

Before you go to the relay--see if you can scrub the fuse holders clean (for the horn and wipers). Remove the ceramic fuses, and take a stiff bristled brush and some rubbing alcohol to the contact surfaces. Vehicles I used to restore (from the South) that had been sitting a while had green oxidation on the fuse contacts that would cause intermittent opens on the circuit.

Lights flash, horn blows, wipers jump across windshield, plugged in scanner to check for codes and it just comes back with connection error.

Make sure battery has a full charge, take actual voltage reading across battery posts, everything off. The generic spec for full charge is 12.6 volts or higher. If the battery is down, we can't do any testing.
Pin 16 at your data link connector has to have voltage, pins 4 and 5 are grounds.
Have you tried scanner on different vehicle to see if the scanner works ok?

95 Ford E350 air bag light flashes 5 times, then 2 times? What does this mean? Should I be worried? Thanks, Brian

from what i know the 5-2 flash has to do with the clock spring. Any issues with the airbag system need to be looked at. When the light flashes there is a short, and that could cause an issue with random airbags going off or them not going off when you need them. Another sign of the clockspring going bad is the horn either not working or randomly not working. If you dont know what your doing have a shop handle it.

1999 F150 WIndshield wipers, dome light and side window controls not working

i just had the same problem with my f 150 ( 1999), my wipers, washer fluid pump, dome light, door chime stopped, I went thur the manuals, Checked appropated fuses, even changed wiper motor, (nothing worked) out of much internet checking, talking to mechanics, I got frustrated, I started pulling all the fuses under the dash,, I pulled # 15 ,a 5 amp fuse, which has nothing to do with the wipers eletronics, it was a good fuse, when i put it back in, everything came back and working fine. nearest i can figure it was either loose or a dirty contact.

#15 fuse (5 amps) on my box is for : stop lamp switch,( speed control, brake shift interlock,ABS, pcm module inputs.gem module,RABS test connector)
this was just blind luck, maybe it will help you.
