Rear windows won't go down

The rear windows won't go down when the button is pressed from either the driver console or the rear window switches. When the rear window switches are pressed, the light in the switch blinks. The driver side rear window stopped working first. About a year later, the passenger side stopped working also. All fuses in fuse box are ok.

Most likely you have to replace the switch assembly on the driver side it probably got wet over the years from rain and snow and cause it to short out. Do not get a used part from a scrap yard because your end up with the same problems.

Rear driver's window won't roll down

Most probably motor. Have someone push button while u hold ear to inside door and listen for motor to try and run.

Most time shot in dark as most will not make noise but sometimes you will hear a click letting you know that power is at least getting to motor.

Rear windows won't go down

You also have Circuit Breakers for your windows, Or your Master Switch ,You can Test the Driver Control Switch or the rear switches by removing the Switches and using the connector Plug and a Jump wire try jumping accross the wires,if they go up or down you could have a Bad Switch,if nothing moves more than likely your Window Motor is bad. BUT first CHECK your Circuit Breakers ,It could be Labeled as accessery Relay or circuit Breaker.

There is a control module in each door with connectors. I have already had one where the wiring in the connector was bad. This takes some troubleshooting, but sometimes moving things around while trying to run the windows will should you where the loose connection is.

Drivers door panel removal

The book says 1. remove power accesory switch panel by using suitable flat blade tool at front. 2. Disconnet electrical connections.
3. pry door handle plug by using small flat bladed tool
4.remove door trim handle mounting screws
5. remove door trim panel from retainers.Start at rear bottom corner and pry outward.
6. remove door panel.
KD does make a tool that will properly pry the door panel away from reainers. KD 3705 You might get by with a screwdriver.
One other thing you may need to have the window down to get the panel to come off. You will have to lift up on it once it is loose from the fastners.
Hope this helps you out.
