When looking from the outside of the headlight at the bulb, can you see the bulb clearly??
These lenses are notorious for dulling very badly. If it has you can use a regular headlight 'restoring' kit sold at most auto part locations.

If it is not a lens issue, you may have a wiring/supply issue.
Then you would need to find the troublesome wire/connection.
I am not the best at wiring issues, but I would try to find a power source wire with the same amperage rating, run a bypass jumper from a known good voltage source and see if the light changes. If no change, your problem may be the harness or plug at the rear of the headlight bulb.
Hope I could help

What else can I check for the passenger head light not working?

The info I looked at was w/o drl, easier diagram to read. Did you check for voltage at the proper fuse? Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is still dead. Use a test light or something to check for voltage.

Did you check for voltage and ground at the headlamp connector, with headlamps on? Red wire is voltage. yellow wire and green wire are grounds. On and off, high and low beams are controlled on the ground circuit. Your headlamp switch and dimmer switch are part of the ground circuit.
If you have drl, the wiring may be a little different?

Front passenger head light fails even with new bulb on 1995 nissan sentra

This is likely caused by using the wrong bulb.

You can certainly purchase after market bulbs of more modern technology that provide much better illumination than the manufacturer recommended brand. HOWEVER, those bulbs having a matching part number to what is recommended does NOT mean it is what you should necessarily use. The reason is the wattage. Higher wattage produces more heat.
Try a bulb of a lower wattage rating. I recommend going no higher than 20 watts beyond your original rating, do not allow the bulb glass to get dirty while installing nor touch with your bare fingers, and inspect your ground connections to the headlight assembly for any breakage, corrosion or looseness. Good luck!

Its the dimmer switch. The hot wire at the dimmer switch is Yellow. Then low beam is tan, and high beam is light green . be sure the yellow wire has 12v. then check the other wires, if no voltage, then connect yellow to the tan or lt green, if lights work, then the dimmer switch is bad.

Lowbeam on drivers side won't work.

I WOULD GET 12 VOLT TEST LIGHT FROM ANY PARTS STORE CHEAP! THEY ARE SIMPLE TO USE ALAGATOR CLAMP IS GROUND MAKE SURE IT IS GROUNDED STICK POINTED END INTO PLUG LIGHT SHULD LITE UP.TO ME IT SOUNDS AS IF YOU HAVE A BAD PLUG-CONNECTOR THAT PLUGS INTO THE HEADLITE BULB OR A SLIGHTLY CRACKED HOT WIRE GOING INTO YOUR HEADLIGHT PLUG.THIS IS MY REASON FOR THE TEST LIGHT NOT TRING TO BE A SMART A JUST THAT YOU CAN TRACE THE WIRES NOW THAT YOU HAVE IT .YOUR WIRES ARE COLOR CODED FIND HOT WIRE ON THE SIDE THAT WORKS LOOK AT THE COLOR AND MARKINGS USUALY A STRIPE WHITE YELLOW E.T.C. ON PROBLEM SIDE LOOK FOR WIRE WITH SAME MARKINGS ,YOU CAN USE POINTED END TO STICK INTO WIRES JUST A SLIGHT HOLE IN THE WIRE INSULATION DO THIS IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON SAME WIRE YOU WILL FIND THE BAD PORTION OF WIRE IF IT DOES HAVE ONE.I HAVE DONE THE VERY THING FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE HAD GREAT SUCCESS AND THE SLIGHT HOLE IN WIRE INSULATION AND I DO MEAN SLIGHT IS HARMLESS.A YELLOW DIM LIGHT IS A BAD GROUND ALLWAYS ON A CLEAR BULB .WE HAVE A CAR THAT GOES THRU HEAD LITE BULBS OLD STYLE ,LIKE GRANT TOOK RICHMOND ,TRIED EVERY THING AND IT IS TWIWAN MADE JUNK BULBS BUT THIS IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED,JUST A HEADS UP LOTS OF IMPORTED JUNK HEADLIGHT BULBS COMING IN .I HOPE THIS HELPS YA ,PATIENCE IS THE MAJOR TASK FOR THE REPAIR OF THIS PROBLEM,I WISH YA LUCK IHOPE YA FIND THE PROBLEM REAL QUICK.

Removing the head light from a 1997 pathfinder

I replace my head light bulbs recently and it was easy.
I think that you might have to replace the whole head light assembly in order to replace the glass.
Hope this helps. I found the answer in the drivers hand book under light bulb replacement.
