It is possible that the fuel pressure is low specially after the engine heats up and so it refuses to start. Rather than changing spares with a suspicion you must confirm the case before the part is replaced. So I think that the fuel pump must be checked, check the compression, timing and valve settings.

I have a 92 Chevy s10 starts up no problem but once it gets warmed up shuts down and won't start for several hrs. New fuel pump ignition module cap and rotor iac .codes 15 & 45 keep coming up . v6

15 is coolant temp sensor reading low temp. 45 is O2 sensor reading rich. Older GM vehicles do react to bad temp readings. I would replace it first. This can cause the rich condition for the O2 sensor.

92 accord is throwing 1,2,7,and 8 trans codes. Acts up after car warms up, if shut car off most of time won't restart till car cools down

1 and 2 should be your oxygen sensors and 7 is throttle positioning sensor but it could be your coil pack

1985 Chevy El Camino 305ci. Turned over good but wouldn't fire. Replaced contrrol module and it started fine for about 2 months, then did the same thing. Replaced dist cap, rotor & coil. Start

Had an 84 silverado 305 that did the same thing. Try giving it a full tune up. Plugs, wires... Mine turned out to be fouled plugs. I didn't find that out till after i tore it down & put a timing set in it. Wasn't getting good enough spark.

Changed dist cap & rotor on 99 s10 4wd 4.3 v6 now wont start

My first question would be - - are the plugs getting spark?
Did you replace the plug wires in the same order as you removed them ? ?
Is it possible you got the wrong rotor ?

Rought idle

There is a tester you can use that screws on the radiator cap and you can pump it up to see if it has a leak down effect in the system.. This wont tell you where its exactly going but tells you if there is a leak in the head or intake gasket.. probably should start with the intake and replace it and see if it does the trick .. if not then tear it down and replace the head gaskets and or check heads for cracks also.. thanks Jerry

1989 ford aerostar will not start when engine is warm.

AM temp 55 car started but stalled out after starting. Attempted to restart and did not hear fuel pump. Tried again and then fuel pump kicked in. Checking fuel pump inertial switch and fuel pump electrical supply.
