Changed fuel pump, gas filter, new battery, starter and sensor and car still wont start

Car problem started about a year ago, we changed the oil, filter and spark plugs and wires, after that we changed the starter and a sensor in January 2011. February 2011 we put in a new fuel pump and gas filter, car still not running when very cold. We just bought a new battery and replaced the fuel pump again. Still no gas or car wont start

SOURCE: Car will only start with starter fluid

seems to be the injectors are not opening, the only hting controling the injectors is the ignition module and the computer but computers not very often go bad so i will recomed you to replace the ignition module, to see if it fix it. but before that check all the fuses

Does the 94 lincoln tc exec come with the pats system

if its been sat for years the fuel filter has probably deteriorated, and its now in the fuel lines. there is a number of parts that need changing before you start an engine that has not been run in a long time. fuel drained, fuel filter changed, oil and filter changed. fuel goes off after a year or 2. oil can turn to sludge in the sump. and block the oil pump. this can also affect the oil pressure sensor.

2000 Ford Crown Victoria (police pkg) wont start?

The first thing you need to do is have the computer scanned for trouble codes to narrow down the possible causes. But that would require a code reader or scanner.
Have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge ? Are you getting spark to the plugs ? Because of the moan from the pump, there's a good chance the pump has failed.

Car wont start

I can only say that for the old cars even sitting for a year is not healthy, because most parts of engine, starting system, charging system will get corroded/deposited. Most probably you will need to change battery, motor oil, fuel, spark plugs, check the starter and alternator. Also check the fuel pump, fuel filter. First shot would be battery, fuel, spark plugs and starter.
Good Luck
