There are 3 fuses that control the air bag system, however, you do not want to pull them. One of the three is the 7.5 amp IGN fuse, and another is the 10 amp ECU-B fuse; pull either and the car will not start/run. If you really want the air bag light out, you will have to loosen & pull up the center console & disconnect the center air bag sensor/ECU wiring connector.

2002 yukon airbag light on after airbag fuse removed for a couple of years

You know now that pulling the fuse does not turn the light off. The only way to kill the light is fix the problem or pull the bulb.

Airbag light won't light on dash

Usually if you pull the fuse the light will come on because the system is disabled. You may need to get the airbag module checked out.
Its fairly touchy stuff, you have to be careful not to blow the airbag by mistake when you are working on the system.

How do i disable the airbag so i can take off the horn

The airbag will go off if you do not pull the airbag fuse in your fuse box. Refer to your fuse box lid to find out which one to pull.

How do i turn my airbag light off

You need to get the Airbag system checked and correct whatever fault is causing the light to come on. There is no switch or fuse you can pull that will disable the Airbag light that won't disable something else.

Need to turn off the passenger airbag i have kids want to know which fuse is the passenger airbag and is it going to go off when i pull the fuse

sorry... but it is not possible to disable the front air bags

matter of fact, any technician that disables the air bag could be charged with a crime

however, there is a method, not used much anymore because all newer vehicles have this already installed

you will need to see a dealer
they can order a bypass kit
this requires some special paper work

It is a lot easier just to unplug or remove the airbag, but again...a tech could get in trouble for doing this....you however, can do it without issues

Srs light wont go off

tHIS LIGHT IS ON TO ALERT YOU TO THE FACT THAT A FAULT HAS OCCURED IN THE AIRBAG SYSTEM AND THE AIRBAG DIAGNOSTIC MONITOR HAS DISABLED THE SYSTEM, THE LIGHT WILL REAMAIN ON UNTIL THE FAULT IS REPAIRED, SO RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE NO SRS, THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM IS THE FOLLOWING.
When the airbag light is on it means a fault has occurred in the system and the airbag diagnostic monitor has disabled the system, the most common problem that turns the light on is a break in the connection to the steering wheel mounted airbag, this is due to a rotating ribbon contact that breaks under the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the wiring harness and the diagnostic monitor, the part is called th clock spring contact, a coiled up ribbon electrical contact that turns with the wheel

Airbag light on, horn doesn't work

There is a fuse for the airbag. If there is an owners manual for the car, look in that, it will show where the fuse is. On some cars it is in the fuse box under the hood.

Can I disable my passenger side airbag?

Pull your airbag fuse out (It might be labeled Airbag, or SRS)
This will have your airbag warning light stay on in your dash, until you put the fuse back in.

WARNING : I did NOT tell you that... Don't worry there is no way the air bags can go off just by removing or replacing the fuse, but I'm just covering my bases here. In the event of an accident, I don't want to be the guy that told you to pull the fuse out (this disables both air bags), if you do pull the fuse you are responsible for that action if, god forbid, something happens.
