Where is the fuse gore the horn on a 2001 dodge non?

First thing to check is the fuse. Next I would check the horn itself by disconnecting to wires and bench test it with a 12 volt source. If both of those check out then you have a shorted wire or a cut/nicked wire and will have to trace that until you find where.

horn relay is under hood on left side in main fuse block it cost19.95 each there is also a fuse block on inside driver side two fuses one is # 15 the other is # 14 fuse

Use a voltmeter at the horn connections. If it shows 12 volts DC when someone
presses the horn button for you, it means the horn is bad. If voltage isn't getting to the
horn and the fuses are good, you may have a broken wire or bad ground at the horn, if it
is wired to ground at the horns frame.

If could be a fuse as well. Check the fuse. If it is good, the circuit is behind the steering wheel. Check the wires for a current and make sure none is loose.

The horn fuse ok, try check the horn relay .

only ford vehicles have this switch, there is an auto shut down relay in the fuse box between a/c and horn relay

a bad ground could cause that , or your horn could be going

it may be unhooked behind the horn button

it seems i say this way to often but it sounds like a relay. locate the horn relay, likely located in the engine compartment fuse panel near the battery and replace it.
