I had this problem a few months ago with my 94 del sol. All my electrical stuff was fine, but it turned out that my ignition coil was bad *and it was about $500 to fix*

I personally would work off a wiring diagrams,
to learn the part of the system your having
issues with, otherwise your guessing at the
yet to be learned
see belt. see what it lands on.? ALT and x ,y, z.? one of the lands on, devices, has a pivot adjustment. some , cars that is the alternator pivot. some cars the top bolt on alternator bracket is the adjustment. vast numbers of cars have no spring tension-er, as they like to fail. on some cars, made by suzuki the devices that does the pivot tension varies by if you have A/C or not, on mine the P/S adjusts tension. but can be, P/S A/C or alt one of them (if related) is the device. just one glance tells you, who shares this belt, and 2, does it have 3 point pivot mounts. on mine the P/S pulley has large holes, and the adjust bolt is via this hole. ticky, just look with a flash light. or visit http://www.alldata.com/
Your starter motor is either not getting power or in need of replacement. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with your car.
Also check your battery connections for no corrosion there as well as by the starter motor. Low voltage circuits in a car are extremely vulnerable to poor contact issues.
Hi Kimberly, It is really hard to help you with your problem without actually being able to see the car. You may want to review the articles at the links below to get a better understanding of the problem.
if lights on dash are going out its the battery need 12v plus to even turn car over has this been happening since cold weather as mine does the same but only in winter summer its fine
check this link, it shows you what your going to need, and also explains how they work,, the part will be whatever it is price wise, and you can change it out pretty easily !!

A symptom of a engine that is almost 20 years old perhaps 200k+ miles. Mine does the same thing. I don't know how accurate the dash gauge is ... but I haven't been worrying about it. I run 10w-30 year round. I've had the truck over 8 years and 120k miles ... still runs great and the oil pressure gauge works as you describe since I bought it. Unless you are sure you have serious bearing problems or whatever I'd just drive it.
First of all, I don't mean to be a pain, but why are you wanting to "fit" the relay? If you don't know where it is, you could not possibly have tested it. If you have not tested it, then you cannot know with any certainty that replacing the relay will fix whatever problem you are trying to repair. There are a lot of other possible causes if you are trying to fix a cooling fan that won't work.
With all that said, The relay that controlls your fan motor is the "Circuit 15 Relay". It is located in the Driver's Side SAM Module. It is marked "N" in the picture below.
Not sure but it could be your alternator. Mine is out right now and we are in the process of replacing it ourselves as the shop said it would be $495.00 to fix. We are having trouble getting out right now as it is a tight area and finally decided we would have to take the radiator out too.
