Do i have to remove the timing belt to remove the camshaft sensor on my daewoo nubira 2002?
Not the timing belt no. Get a hydrolic jack and a piece of wood to set on top of it. Raise the jack just enough to suppot the engine. Don't raise the vehicle at all. This is just to support things. Now look back behind the alternator belt. Remove the belt cover. There are a couple bolts to a mount that have to come out and now you can get to the sensor.
I dont have to raise up the engine too much just for support?
