Awwww, you're vacuum hose doesn't work properly? Why don't you take it out on your wife, coward? ALLAN KAEKA IS A COWARD CHILD BEATER. He's knocked out all of his wifes teeth and he's just a coward. Hi, this problem can be caused by a broken fuel pressure regulator diaphragm. With the engine running, remove the vacuum line from the regulator. If gas comes out of the regulator at the vacuum port, replace the regulator.

did it stay running when connected to the car giving the boost? if so then the alternator is not charging the electrical system, get it serviced or replaced.

I had the same problem with my 96 Dodge Ram, it would crank up but if you let off the gas it would die. It needs a map sensor!!

Wont hold idle will start with foot depressing gas pedal will run with foot on gas but stalls when foot removed

Check and clean Idle air control valve. Make sure its responding to signal as well. Also make sure ther are no vacuum hoses disconnected. This may not be a "cure" but it's a good place to start.
