Question about Toyota Cars & Trucks
Sounds like valve timing has slipped. Are the other cylinders much higher in pressure or about the same?

Sounds like you've blown her up. An engine starts knocking when the bearings are worn to the point of being loose. I wouldn't keep starting her up. If I'm right(and the odds are on me) you'll sling a rod through the block or the oil pan.
If you can get the oil pan off do so(after uyou drain it of course) and grab the rods one at a time and find out which one(or more) that's giving you the problem. It(or they) will be loose around the crank shaft.
Good luck, but for Heavens sake DON'T start it again until you check those rods.
