3.3 / 3.8 it will either be to the right of the crank pulley as your standing on the passenger side or to the left (newer ones are to the left). The lower hose from the radiator will lead you to it.

If its a four cylinder its timing belt driven and located behind the timing cover.

3.0 liter is also timing belt driven and located behind the timing covers.
