Check coolant level first and make sure no air trapped in system. Ask shop to use evac/fill equipment to purge air.

cold engine - remove cap & fill radiator with 50/50 mix antifreeze/water. install cap.

fill reservoir 3/4 full. run engine until upper rad hose is hot. let cool and see if it sucks coolant from reservoir. Keep res 3/4 full. repeat.

2004 ford tauras new starter but sometimes grinds when starting

This is caused by damaged gear teeth on the Flywheel/Flexplate, the new starter will be damaged if you don't replace the Flywheel/Flexplate.

The temp door actuator motor is not working on the blower box,the dash will have to be pulled out toward the seats to access the actuator motor.

Heater core 2001 ford tauras

These are on of the hardest heater cores in the industry to replace. A typical garage will get between $800.00 and $1200.00 to replace, the dealer will get $1600.00 because you have to completely remove the steering column the dash, discharge the A/C system reomve the heater box, split it and replace the core. The job is so labor intensive you would be crazy not to replace the A/C evaporator at the same time. This is not a job for an amature or ever a class "B" tech. leave this one to the Pro's.
