You will have to replace the fan sensor. If the fans are not working then the temperature will rise when stopped and cool down when running because of the air coming through he radiator.
A head gasket leak will show up by lose of water and bubbles in the radiator, with it topped up to the neck of the filler. Worst indication is water in the oil and out the exhaust.

92 Honda accord. Radiator cooling fan does not turn on. All fuses were checked...Ok, Replaced both A and B temperature switches. The A switch, located at the thermostat housing was tested by putting it...

If bypassing the sensor in the car allows the fan to start, then I would say the issue has to do with the sensor. I've heard of them getting an air pocket around the sensor and preventing the fan from coming on. Maybe the contacts aren't making up in the connector? Corrosion could be causing an issue. Maybe a loose wire that opens the circuit when plugged into the sensor.

1990 honda accord ac blower motor will not work

Check 7.5 fuse (#8) inside the car by your left foot and check the 30 amp fuse in the engine compartment (according to your diagram on the inside of your fuse box lid).

You can replace the fan motor pretty easy but you'll want to unplug it and test it first by running an automotive battery to the plugs of the fan with 2 jumper wires. The fan is above the right foot of the passenger area. There are three 8mm screws to remove then it drops out. Careful with the wiring.
If your fan is still good, you'll have to consider removing your knob and switch assembly to see if something is unplugged in there. Good luck.

2005 Honda accord-air conditioner not working good and car overheating

Your car probably has two fans at the radiator, one is for the coolant and the other is for the a/c condenser. Find out which one stays on after you turn off your car after a normal trip, this fan is good. Check the fan that did not run, you may have to connect 12v directly to the connector of the non working fan, if it won't run with a direct connection, the fan motor is bad, if the fan does run, then find the fan switch and test or replace it, you can find information on testing a the Autozone.com site.

Flashing green s on the dash

A green flashing "S" is similar to a check engine light. It is telling you that something in or on your transmission is not functioning correctly, such as the speed sensor or shift control solenoids. If it starts flashing and the speedometer stops working or the transmission shifts weird, take it to a mechanic.
