This seems to be the affects of a bad dinamo charging your battery . If you take a appart the dinamo you should fine a part called in mechanic terms "the bones" they look like 2 black magnets with a wire coming out of them . They are not expencive and you should not change your dinamo untill you try this first a car dinamo is very expencive .

SOURCE: power windows won t work
There are broken wires in the wiring harness between the frame and your driver's side door. These wires control all the windows and door locks in a 95 Jeep. Same thing happened to me. You will have to cut the rubber boot to get it off and check which wires are broken and repair them.

SOURCE: Service needed
most of the time it means you should get your oil changed, and if you look in your owners manual it will tell you by mileage other items that should be taken care of when the light comes on.

hello. either your battery is bad, or your charging system is bad. If you have AAA, call them and they will come out and jump you for free, also they will have a device with them to check your charging system and they will even have a new battery if you choose to purchase one from them.
That said, if you do not have AAA, get a jump and drive to any autozone or similar parts store and they will do the same services for you.

My power locks, windows didn't work and the dome lights would not turn off after closing the door. I removed the black boot that was attached to the drivers door by lifting upward and pulling away from the door. A heavy gauge black wire was broken. I removed about 3/16" of insulation from both ends of the broken wire and connected them by using a connector that both ends are placed in to and then "crimped" both ends so the broken wire made contact with each other and everything worked perfectly! The hardest part was replacing the boot. Total cost to fix is $0.50.
