DarHi, I have a bmw325ti compact , it's a 51 plate. The problem I have been having is the engine light has come on and the coolant light. I topped up the system when it was cool and the light has gone but there's seems to be alot of air in the system when I try to bleed it. There was a creamy substance in the oil filler cap, been told many things about that. It had a new radiator and water pump 2 weeks ago. Thanks

My Kia Sedona 03 plate comes up with check warning light on when traverling up hill then cuts out and fires back up no problem

I presume you have got oil in the engine. If you haven't checked it, do it now and maybe your coolant levels might give a problem when you spring a leak in the pipework for the rear heater. If you have been losing coolant and have just been topping up the expansion bottle, check that the coolant is up to the full on the cap that is on the engine, (DO NOT OPEN WHEN ENGINE IS HOT) also check your brake fluid level as well, although that would give a different warning

Engine revs up and down when reaching operating temperature, replaced all sensors sonata 2.5 v6 1999

Check coolant level to make sure it is full. Low coolant can cause surging idle. Also, check throttle plate for dirty/coking causing minimum idle to be affected. If throttle plate is dirty, clean with carb cleaner and retest

I have sprung a leak, there's no coolant now. when putting a pan under the leak i noticed a "plate" with the screw loosened. could this be my problem?

if the "plate" is on the drivers side front lower side of engine that plate with tube attached is your thermostat and if it is yes your coolant will leak out from it ---other than that you will need to be more specific about the plate

Car coded yesterday p0303 noe check engine light flashing

Try checking the knock sensor and clean the throttle plate inside and out and also the back of the throttle plae, many times the plate sticks from back firing that you can't detect by ear or feel. Also could have a plugged cay.

Coolant leak on olds alero 2000

Engines are designed with frost plugs that are designed to blow out if the coolant jacket should become frozen. Look carefully using a light and a mirror (ladys compact works well) Following the block heater cord to the engine will help locate these plugs. You may find the block heater has blown loose as it is installed in one of the frost plug holes. Best of luck.
