What tire pressure for 1993 mecury sable....nothing in book or door,....low tire just don't want to over inflate

Look carefully on the tire itself. The max pressure WILL be stamped into the tire side wall. You then choose how close to max pressure you want to run. heavy load ?? Max pressure. Normal load a few pounds below max.
Note ---- The closer you run to max the better your fuel mileage. You will get a "stiffer ride" with max. You will feel the bumps more.
