The pick up coil under the rotor buttton is probably out. Check the voltage on the red wire connected to the coil. If it has 12v then it is the pick up coil. I am pretty sure it is the red wire. It was on my truck, but it is the wire that isnt hooked up to the distributor.
You have to pull the distributor to replace the pick up coil. If comes off of the bottom. I changed everything on mine. Then ended up having to get another distibutor because it was rusted and seized up. wouldn't come apart. Got rebuilt one at autozone for 100 with trade in.

Out of timing on the distruber. need to know where rotor button would set on compression stroke, on 350 lt1 engine

pull the #1 plug(drivers side front) bump it around till compression stroke, use a small probe of some sort to feel when the piston is top dead center, then the rotor is to point to the #1 plug wire(just follow the wire to the cap)

No Spark 1992 toyota camry

you should also check the crank position sensor this is what tells the ecm when to spark. this is a prox switch and when unplugged and checking ohms while cranking you should see a sqaure wave. should go from 0 ohms to infinity. when these go out you will not get any spark on any cylinder

generally if it is a sensor you should be able to retrieve a fault code. Other things to chek, timing, vacuum leaks, EGR. valve, fuel filter, plugged injectors, spark plug ( gap ), lead wires, distributor cap, rotor.Hope that this will help you. Good luck and remember to rate all replies you get. Thanx.
