2001 Suzuki Swift engine problem

I bought a 2001 Suzuki Swift earlier this year. The same day when I received it, it started to give trouble upon switching on the aircondition, when the temperature was past the half mark. The check engine warning light flashes on and off before the car engine stops. Tried removing thermostat but did not help. Anyone can help ouy there please?

    No my Chevey Metro is a swift eng and when I first bought it ran like new one mounth later the service eng soon light came on and it chuged if you press to ******* the take off if you were easy with it it would build up speed I went to replace spark plugs they all looked new I put them back in and the car ran fine for a week then it was back the way it was if Im easy with it from take offs it builds up speed fine once over about 45 it gose fine MPG its a good as you can get from this type car I replaced a coil n/g and I replaced a wire too n/g I just check my oil and go easy I drive about 230 miles per week and it now has 80,000 mile on it ??? My 2006 Verona is doing this too. there is a hold button by the gear shift and evidently I had pushed it in and caused it.

might be some electrical problem, because, Suzukis are mostly controlled Electronically, it may represent a malfunction!!
try contacting an electrition!!

what country is car? we are USA forum.
the swift in USA ended in 2001 here.
so we dont have books covering , later years do to that fact.
so i ask you what country, you do know that cars vary greatly
buy country , right and that if ask country x to fix country z
cars, its a wasted of effort, totally. yours and ours.


C1113 is a factory code.

i see some Steering codes matching that. under suzuki.
but that is RUMOR. (google wasted searches this time)

it has 4 coils, called COPS. or PACK WITH COILS INSIDE,

IN 2010 we had these optios, which one is yours?
yours is not diesel, as you stated spark. so... down to 2 engine.s
the 2010 model year, SX4 five-door hatchback is available with a 1.6 L DOHC VVT engine, 2.0 L DOHC VVT engine and 2.0 L DDiS diesel engine (16 valve, 135 PS (99 kW; 133 hp) with 320 N·m (240 lb·ft) torque) on the AWD version.
aka: J20A or J20B engines. the B has VVT cam.
my guess? is it's a Suzuki engine in a fiat body?

Hey there my good man, i have a 2005 suzuki swift+ with a 1.6 dohc engine and i have to change my head gasket, i have been looking to find the maintenance and repair manual but i cant find one that cost...
I only know of Suzuki swift made untill 2001 in the US. As for canada I am not sure. I looked up on my Alldata and can not find anything past 2001 for suzuki swift. and all my info is only for a 1.3L engine in the Swift. You can try alldatadiy.com there is a one year subscription for the first vehicle of $16.95 us. try there.It is a good site you can print out the info you need. Youmay be able to contact them if the infor you gave is correct. ie. 2005 Suzuki Swift 1.6L

wht/blk, = ign. on. power 12v
white = memory , hot all time to battery via fuse, station memory
black = ground
red-green = illumination
red-yell = park lamps on, lighting,.
and below is speaker.

I bought a brand new 2007 suzuki swift,it has only.2007 SWIFT
i would say its wear and tear,you can kill a clutch in a day if your hard on it,,,or it could take 150,000 miles,,suzuki will classify that as a wear and tear item,,they are really tight with that stuff,
