I imagine you have access to a scanner to know the Code message. Clear the Code and let the Diagnostic system continue to provide new information. You can get free scans at Autozone, Advance, and Oreily.
I believe you may have changed the wrong Coil if you do not know where Coil "B" is. Your system would have a coil on each sparkplug if it identified any Coil with a letter. The way it works is each cylinder 1-8 has an letter assigned to each plug. Plug 1 is Coil "A", Plug 2 is Coil "B" and so forth.
Your scan identified the number 2 cylinder as the problem. This coil would be directly on the plug. These coils usually have an electric value of 10,000Ohms from the top wire connector to the base of the coil.
