My mitsubishi 2004 galant won't make a sound when i try to start it .no lights nothing not a sound.What could be the problem?

Sounds like solonoid issue between ignition and starter motor.

If it turns over its a fuel issue, pump,filter ect...my 07 turns over and will only start after 3-4 trys, no codes at all, so im thinking fuel filter is clogged but its located in the pump which is in the tank so I have to drop the whole tank and replace both

Fuel filter,air filter,spark plugs,crankshaft sensor,any codes.

is this a new car to you or has the problem just started.

Sounds like a dead battery. Charge it and try again.

you need a scanner or code reader turning the key on 3 times to get the checkengine light to flash codes were the older chrysler car

you now need to check for 12 volt power, and signal to the coil, also be sure all you timing marks are correct, if you have no spark, unplug one of the injectors and using an led test light check for injector pulse power across the two terninals while cranking, if you have no injector pulse then you could have a problem with the ignition passlock system, or key decoder

my galant does the same thing i was told its the 02 senors

battery may have a bad cell, change battery and check charging system

Check wires on the starter motor are tight and clean.Have you had the battery checked.You are saying you have tried to recharge it.Thats telling me you failed.Anyway try a new battery or get a jump.If still nothing then change the starter motor.
