I have a 95 dodge neon and i been trying to find out why my dashboard lights don't come on, when i replaced the bulbs no light...and also the gauge's go in and out especially the gas gauge, what can i do to fix the problem myself because i am short on cash?

The fast blinking is usually a bulb burned out. Replace the rear bulbs. If this is not the problem , it may be a ground issue, but it really does sound like a bulb issue. Also inspect the light socket while you are there. Look for any bad corrosion Good luck
Check the brake fuse in your dash's fusebox. Since the turns work, you know the bulbs are good, unless your Neon has separate brake lights. If the fuse is good, bulbs are good, then check for power at the brake light switch on the upper portion of the brake pedal. Should have 12 volts there all the time. Use a testlight or voltmeter to check. Good luck.
