My 2008 Chevy uplander engine light on and the code shows for cam shaft sensor and intake manifold what I do

The intake code means its leaking from the intake, bad gaskets, or a vacuum leak. check for bad gaskets on intake manifold. You can tell by putting a bit of oil around the maifold. if it is leaking the engine will flair up. To check this, External leak-- Coolant seeps through the broken intake manifold gasket to the outside of the engine. If its bad enough you will see coolant dripping from gasket. Coolant seeps through the damaged gasket to the inside of the engine, mixing with motor oil. If you suspect an internal leak, check your oil dipstick. Or if you have a substance under oil filler cap that looks like a milkshake, Oil is mixing with coolant. this means intake gaskets are bad, Now for the camshaft sensor, If you have a manifold leak. this could be giving you a false camshaft reading! Because, If sensor is bad vehicle will not start unless theres a wire problem. Symtoms of a bad sensor are--- engine sputtering, poor acceleration, stalling/inability to start. HopeI helped you out! Good-Day!

Hi, I have a oil leak. I tracked it down to some kind of sensor. The sensor is going to the engine near the oil filer.

This is your Oil Pressure sensor. You can have it tightened or replaced and this will solved the problem. Depending on where it is leaking from on the sensor will determine the action to take. Threads area leaking, I would tighten the sensor first. Leaking around the plugin, I would replace the sensor and as soon as possible.

Your exhaust converter is 12 to 14 years old, that's when they
just look good & do nothing inside

OIL LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYS ON BUT OIL LEVEL IS CORRECT

it maybe that the oil pressure sensor is defective and needs to be replaced, or there is a short circuit on the sensor circuit. try removing the cable from the sensor to see if the situation changes.
check your oil quality, if the oil system is being contaminated with leaking fuel or coolant it will show a good level but the pressure will still be low.
remove the dipstick when the engine is cold of the oil is very running and smelling of fuel it maybe that there is a leak at your fuel pump into the engine.
remove the oil filler cover and see if there is white emulsion in the cover in around the filler hole this indicates antifreeze mixing with the oil. either through engine damage or cylendar head gasket leak.
I hope this was useful

1997 2.2lt Odyssey has massive oil leak at back of engine, not valve cover gasket. Can not see well under fuel inject manifold. what could it be

Could actually be your oil filter itself. Try replacing it first, leaks around the gaskets of oil filters is not uncommon and I am not sure if it is from being installed too tight or not lubricating the rubber ring on the filter, but I have had this happen before and lost a lot of oil.
You will also want to check any sensors on the back of the block if there are any.I ran into a toyota this last week that was leaking oil from the oil pressure sensor on the block, so might be worth looking into.

2have an oil leak around the oil filter housing, maybe around the censor....could it be a gasket or could it be coming from the nut that holds the censor?

It could be either but it is impossible to say without inspecting the car. If the leak is around the filter housing I suspect it is more likely from the oil filter. The oil filter gasket may have failed or the filter may not be screwed on firmly enough. However filters do not have to be screwed on very tightly to prevent a leak. If over tightened they can be difficult to remove and the rubber gasket can even be damaged.

I suggest you have the oil changed in the car and have the oil filter changed at the same time. This is very cheap to do and a new decent quality brand oil filter (such as MOTORCRAFT which meets Original Equipment specs for your car)) is only about $10 - if that. Whilst the oil and filter are being changed from beneath the car, with the vehicle on the hoist, it should be possible to examine the likely source of the leak.

Where would I find the leak for oil around the oil pressure sensor unit on a '95 Honda Accord?

The unit it self is leaking, the housing it made of metal and the center where the wire is made of plastic and after a few years from the heat of the oil will crack the plastic, causing it to leak slow at first then get to the stage where it will drain the oil faster then you can make it around the block. Replace the unit as soon as you can, good luck and hope this helps.
