Use a test light, or a ohmmeter and check the wires at the wire plug under the dash that go to the multi-function switch thru the steering column cover, you should have continuity between #18 and #19 low beam terminals, if not the switch is bad and will need replaced. it shows how to check this in Haynes 1993 to 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee repair manual #50025 page 12-6. To replace the switch in the column cover, remove the negative battery cable, wait 2 minutes to disarm the air bag system, leave cable disconnected, before removing the column cover.

97 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 Low beams will now work, high beams do. We replaced the bulbs and the low beams worked for a while and then didn't again, husband took out passenger side bulb and put it back...

Make sure that you are using the head light bulbs for that particular make/model if the bulb number is wrong then the intensity is wrong too. Now a day there are many diffrent numbers of bulbs in the market according to vehicle.

On my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee the high beam's work and the fog lights work but the regular headlights don't. How do i fix it?

Assuming that the low beam bulbs are okay, there is a possibility that your dimmer switch that controls your low & high beams is malfunctioning. This part is on the steering column and may require some disassembly of the column cover to access.

The high beams on my 1994 Jeep Cherokee work, but the low beams don't. The fuses seem to be okay. Any ideas what could cause this?

u should start by checking the bulbs, sometimes it is hard to tell your low beam bulbs are bad until they are both out, if they are both good try wiggling the headlight dimmer switch between high and low beam functions to see if the switch is just worn out. if neither of these presents the problem then u may have an electrical issue that should be diagnosed by a technician
