I am wondering where the ignition control module is located on my 1991 Olds Cutlass Cruiser SL?

Check the coils that have been replace for bent or broken prongs that plug into the ignition control module and if nothing looks damaged then i would think the ignition control module is faulty.Replace ignition control module.

The ECM is located right behind the glove box. First remove the negative (-) battery cable. Then remove the front of your glove box, just a few small screws. The interior of the glove box is cardboard and will pull out after removal of screws. Then unplug the 3 electrical plugs and let them hang out of the way. Now, remove the bolts on the side of the bracket holding the ECM IN.

I am having a similar problem, but there is no check engine light. It seems that mine dies at the light or running, if the rpm's drop. I am wondering if the Idle air control valve is bad or possibly the ERG valve?

replace blower control module

THE QUAD DRIVER IS BUILT IN THE COMPUTER.I WOULD REPLACE THE COMPUTER THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE ON YOU VEHICLE.LOCATED RIGHT FRONT INSIDE KICKPANNEL!

I have no spark. Changed the CSS and still no spark. I also changed the Coil packs with a junk yard 1. Does anything else control spark other then ECM?
