The lights on my speedometer dont work - 1999 Buick Century

It probablt is the light bulb that blew.
You can change out the bulb but it is a time consuming proses.
Just have a magnet on a flexible stick as you will need it. Might take 2-5 hours to take apart and reassemble it depending on the vehicle.

sounds like might b a main fuse. do u have a kick panel and a box under the hood? sometimes a main relay or fuse will cause many electric things to go out.

in 1978 there is not a reset. the oil light means you are low on oil.

wendy dont fiddle about in any hybrid, there is High voltage there
lethal as H3LL. nor with Air bags, Read the FSM. first.
and post engine RPM at low oil pressure, and dont drive it.

circuitry behind the gauge panel. you will have to pull the dash to see behind there and track the problem down

there might be a fuse for the windows i doubt it there will be one for the radio but the speedometer do you mean the light wont work or the sppedometer itself if its the speedometer itself then it is the speed sensor and the gas guage its the sending unit or if its the light then if all the other lights work and those dont then take the instrument cluster off and replace those bulbs

so the only thing not working is the fuel gauge? the odometer , speedometer , and rpm gauge work, but dont light up? if so, does the radio or any other lights illuminate? check your dimmer switch for these issues. please let me know a little more information

YOUR SPEEDOMETER CABLE IS LOOSE OR BROKEN OR THE SPEEDOMETER DRIVE GEAR IS BROKEN ON THE OUT PUT SHAFT.

Try replacing light bulbs and flasher which may correct the turn signals. Check all fuses, however as for the speedometer, the plastic clogs or wheels have run their course, If you intend to replace these, suggest you purchase a repair manual for your vehicle.
