ask the dealer or , go there and see part for the car there
and see what transmission it is, for 2002 the move to 2003
and see if the same (gm parts)
there are 2 engines used, why post at all lacking such a key fact?
2.2L or 3.4liter, v6 is latter.and transmission vary buy engine max power torque, and more, gear counts for economy.

I'll assume this is an auto trans car. When you shift the gear selector does it feel as if it is working normally? Did this happen all of a sudden or gradually get worse?

you have 2 fuses, one under the hood fuse #46 and one under the dash fuse L, both are 10A, if they are both good replace your control panel.

2.2 liters 4 cylinder in-line front engine with 86 mm bore, 94.6 mm stroke, 10 compression ratio, double overhead cam and four valves per cylinder

Approx. 12.9 liters

there shoulden't be any weight related stress on the bolt, try some wd-40 or nut cracker solvent
