Question about 2002 Volkswagen Jetta TDI
Not a fuse, I would run the issue past a VW parts desk guy, found at a VW dealership, and buy a new brake light switch unless he advises you otherwise. Dealerships have info on recalls, tech bulletins, and just watching parts sales over the years helps identify common problems.
If you can buy fuel for it, you can buy a service manual on CD, will come in handy on this and many other issues.
