Cooling fan doesnt work - 1992 Chevrolet Beretta

CHECK TO SEE IF COOLING FAN IS RUNNING.IF NO CHECK COOLING FAN FUSE AND RELAY.THE COOLING FAN NEED TO BE RUNNING WHEN AC ON BECAUSE AIR CONDITIONER PUT A LOAD ON ENGINE.COOLING FAN KEEP RADIATOR AND AC CONDENSOR COOL.FAN NEED TO RUNNING.

yes , it sure can , i believe that fan works for the engine
cooling and a/c condensor cooler as well.
If it doesnt work , you risk dammaging your motor and
a/c compressor as well.

Here is how to test if you have a bad cooling fan. Start the car, turn the ac button on. both cooling fans should kick on, if one doesnt then the fan motor has gone out on you. easy fix, your local parts store will have replacement.

1 step cheack power to fan if no power
2 step cheack relay and fuses
3 step if there is power at fan then repalce waterheat sending to the computer

if non of that works and you have power to fan replace the fan motor

connect 12volt directly to fan,if fan doesnt work change fan,if fan works check wiring circuit relay fuse!

YOUR REMOTE START MAY NEED TO BE HOOKED TO AN ACCESSORY WIRE, IF IT CAN BE THAT IS

The heater core has gone out and will need to be replaced

first unplug the cooling fan at its plug and supply 12v to the fan if it doesnt run then replace if it does run follow the power wire to the thermal water switch usualy located at the bottom of the radiator.Use test light/probe to check that you have power into the switch and when engine is hot you should have power both in and out of the switch.if not replace thermal water switch.If that is working you will need to find out why you have no power to the switch.Check that your fuse and relay is working correctly.Sometimes just pulling out the relay and putting back in will make it work due to poor contact.Also try swapping relays with others in the same box near battery to identify if relay is faulty

check for power at cooling fan if there is replace fan motor if not check relay

u have electrical problem
