When you move the selector over to "high"; on the inside of the control module, it's a pressure type of switch that when pressed down far enough, it is suppose to turn up fan. If the pressure type switch is worn out on the "high" side of this switch then of course it wouldn't work properly.

You dont mention what Engine or AUTO or MANUAL A/C . If AUTO A/C, Blower Motor Control Module is likely bad. If Manual A/C the blower motor relay is bad. The relay is near the blower motor taped to the harness.

Ac/heater will only work on low when you move it to med or high it shuts off

need to check switch, resistor and fan ---ur switch might have resistor built in it would need to be tested for continuity for the other speeds --if your truck [didnt specify which ] has a separate resistor it should be attached to the heater fan motor housing again resistor needs to be tested -also test ur fan for any resistance or overheating

Ac/heater onlu works on low

you either have a bad switch or bad fan motor. I would start by replacing the switch

Ac blower motor stopped working

YJ car.
the blower is dead. is that it?
does it blow full speed on high
do you have 12v on terminal A of blower , term B is 0v ground
got that, then the blower is dead.
if not 12v, then the controls are bad.

4 parts to make blow
1: fuse 12 good.
2: switch heater /on off.
3: high, med,low speed, use high, its direct.
4: the blower,
one of those points has no 12v on high,
use a simple voltmeter to find the failed point.

2008 Honda Odyssey AC fan works on low and med speeds but no high speed blower

There should be a high speed blower relay that bypasses the resistor for slower speeds.
Check with an auto parts store or the dealer.

My 02 Stratus heater only works on high. Any idea

Your blower resistor is bad. It controls the mutiple speeds to allow you to go from low/med/high. When it goes bad you get one speed or no speeds....It's about $20-$50 at any local auto parts store. It mounted directly to the speed switch or on the heater plenum unit on the passenger side behind the glove box....

Ac & heater

Disconnect the wire from the fan, turn the car on, test the voltage between the connector to ground (chasis) on all fan speed settings (high, med, low). If you have voltage at all settings (approx. 12.3V on high and less as the speed setting is lower) then replace the fan motor (about $50 at autozone). If there is not voltage on all speed settings you will also need to replace the blower motor resistor (about $12 at autozone). The whole process takes about 20 mins.

Heater blower works intermitantly

If you have access to a DC voltmeter; try this:
Check for voltage on each of the heater resistor terminals, when it is unplugged, key in the on position. With the heater switch on low, you should have 3 volts DC, on lo-med, 6 VDC, hi-med, 9 VDC and on hi, 12 vdc. It looks to me like you might have a bad heater switrch, if the voltages do not match exactly what is posted above, or vary when you slightly manipulate the switch, the switch contacts are bad. Hope this helps. If not, please repost for additinal info.
