Outer 2" of front tires

Under inflation. When the tire doesn't have enough air pressure, the center tends to be pushed up from the road. Thus causing outer wear on both sides. alignment problems cause wear on one side or the other. Over inflation causes the center of the tire to wear .

Normally I would say check the brake hose, but that would only be for one wheel.
If the rear brakes are not releasing normally, either something is keeping pressure applied, or the calipers are not sliding back. If both inner and outer pads are wearing down equally on both wheels, I would look for a pressure problem. If only the outboard pads are wearing, the calipers are sticking in place.

You need to buy a OUTER TIE ROD END, Count the number of Threads Showing, Loosen the 2 bolts on the ROD... On the EXTREME outer, get a Socket on the nut and take the Nut off of the Spindle * (you need to take the Tire Off) and then SMACK IT OUT from below with a Hammer.

Install and then bring it to a Tire Shop and have the Front End Aligned. If you don't, you will wear out the Tire quickly.

tires need to be balanced that will fix vibration. tire wear is a camber problem. get a four wheel alignment

Tires need balanced or you need an alignment. Make sure tires are inflated to max cold psi

Your situation is not not abnormal. Since you can't rotate due to different sizes front & rear & they are high performance "Y" speed rated tires 30K is really pretty good
