It sounds to me like you have crossed over a couple of leads. Easy mistake to make!
If this isnt the case, then it is also possible that you have fitted a defective spark plug (Unusual, But I have had a defective plug once, so it can happen).
Take a look at the leads and see of you can see a couple of leads that are crossed. If you're not sure, the best way is to fire the engine up and (Wearlin a thick rubber glove, so the spark doesn't bite you!!) remove one of the leads from one of the plugs. If it kills the engine, then you have probably deprived power from a correctly connected lead. Replace the lead, remove the next lead along etc etc... Sooner or later, you are going to come across a couple of leads which, when removed make no difference at all (Or even improve things when removed if they are causing out of synch firing). Swap the leads over and all should be well.
