If your relay and fuse are okay, and you blower will not run at any switch speed, there could be an issue with the brushes and commutator of the blower motor. Once I had a small leaf go in between one brush and the commutator and it kept my blower from running. once I removed it, it ran fine. My blower was located on the passenger side under the glovebox. It required removal of about a dozen fasteners and it took about an hour to disassemble, diagnose and return to working order.

I replaced the alt on my 2000 montero sport and the radio and ac blower wont work!? what could be the problem?

You blew a fuse or relay. Check the fuses in the fuse panel, if those are good, check for burnt and\or "popped"-"blown" relays. Relays are usually located in a (black) box under the hood. (some are a different color, like red). Remove the cover, and on the inside (or out) you will find a diagram of the relay placement. Locate the desired relay and if it ls clear, take not as to whether its got a split in the "diode". You'll see it. If not clear, buy or find a fuse tester. Pull the relay and touch any two prongs until the light comes on, on the tester. If light stays off, the relay is bad. Chances are its simply a fuse, as fuses will blow before a relay.

2003 ford explorer sport trac blower motor and switch not getting any power, it was working fine a while ago and i had to start flipping the switch to head then off then back to head, what is wrong?

The selector switch on the dash controls the blower motor relay, then the fan switch controls the speed. The fan switch gets power from a 40amp fuse and the control panel gets power from two other fuses.
If you are working the control switch to get the fan to work, the control switch may be failing.

My Saturn ac and heat quit working. doesn't blow anything on no speeds. where is my blower motor and do i have to take my dash apart?

Its most likely going to be the blower motor resistor or the blower relay. Usually the relay for the horn is the same so you can swap them; check that first. If that is to no avail then pick up a chiltons manual and locate your resistor. Good luck!!

Will not turn over 2000 saturn ls2 battery, fuses, and relays checked good

As long as you KNOW the starter is good, it might be a sensor that makes sure that your car is in park. Could also be your ignition cylinder (what you put your key in to start the car).

You are likely experiencing vapor lock. Changing gasoline grade, or getting a vented gas cap may help.
