SOURCE: A/C or Heater Blower Problem
Sounds like a Faulty control board of the AC. Piece of cake for a qualified electrician. Repairs should run you about 150-200$

check battery cable for tightness and no corrosion.if all is well charge the battery or jump start it. while engine running check to see if the alternator is charging it.it should be 13.5 to 14.5 volts while engine idling.turn off engine battery voltage should be 12.5. if drops to 11.0 to 10.0 volts.battery is weak.if car running the voltage should be 13.5 to 14.5 volts alternator is charging. if the voltage is 11.8 to 11.0 volts. alternator is not charging.

I would check the timing belt. If it is hard to access, then pull the distributor cap or valve cover. If nothing moves as you crank it. Your belt broke.
