Sounds like the transmission is going into limp mode. You will need to get someone with a proper code reader to diagnose the problem.

I don't have experience of the engine but I believe it uses a common rail electronic diesel injection system.

These are complex and need a wealth of experience and diagnostic equipment to sort out some of the faults they seem to suffer from.

Generally the management computer won't send electric pulses to the injectors until the fuel pressure in the rail has reached a minimum value in a certain time of cranking.
If everything else appears ok, I suggest you revisit the fuel delivery to the high pressure pump. If you find nothing you can carry out a few basic tests with a multimeter but calling on an expert is more advisable.

First check you have enough coolant in the engine then you will need to check to see if your coolant thermostat is working. The simplest way to do this is to check the radiator hose pipes.
***Note*** You will need to put your hands inside the engine bay when the engine and radiator are HOT!!
With the engine OFF open the bonnet and find the largest top hose pipe on the radiator. It should be on one corner high on the radiator.
Start the car and let it idle. Carefully touch the highest large hose at the top of the radiator. It should feel cold. If the thermostat is working that top pipe should get gradually warmer as the engine warms up to working temperature. It will get almost too hot to touch.
If the top pipe stays cold or is only slightly warm change the thermostat and test the same way.

This may seem an odd suggestion but have you checked the hazard light switch on the dash and it's relay in the fuse box. Hazard lights are designed to work with or without the ignition key so you can lock and walk away from it when it breaks down.

It sounds to me like You may need to have your phone repaired or replaced, but before You do that You may want to check your settings on your phone to make sure that they are all set correctly. DON'T WORRY THOUGH, YOU CAN RE-CREATE YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT DURING THE RESET PROCESS. Once the setup process is complete You will need to go to the Google Playstore to reinstall the latest App updates, THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE A LONG TIME. Check the user manual. If the changer door will not open, there is usually a hole on the changer that you can use to insert a small rod to manually open it (to check the disks). Otherwise, there are no user-serviceable parts in it so you will probably have to remove it and take it to a repair shop.

You can remove with a code reader. It may come back.
I have removed them by taking negative cable off battery for about 15 minutes and then put cable back on. Some cars the radio will stop working when battery is disconnected. If you have ever unhooked the battery before with no problems you should be ok.

There isn’t in general a starter fuse. If you get nothing when you turn the key and the immobiliser is working correctly, it’s likely to be either a dead starter motor or loose connection.

The first thing to try with ant bt issue is to delete your device and pair it again to the system. I think what is happening is the bt mic in the vehicle is hearing the person on the other end and transferring the audio back to them. If possible relocate the bt mic. Next turn vol down. Next check to see if there are any noise cancelling settings on bt menu or in phone settings. Hope this helps but it's kind of a shot in the dark.
