2000 Buick LeSabre: Check tire pressure warning is flashing, but tire pressure is OK

Have you tried resetting the light? On either the end of the dash on the drivers side or the end of the dash on the passenger side there is a panel that covers the fuse block. You'll need to have the door open to access it. Once you remove the cover you should see a button that says reset. Turn the key to the run position and press the button. The change oil message should flash, press the button again and the low tire message should flash, press and hold the button until the low tire light turns off. Sometime there will also be an audible series of beeps when it resets.

How do you reset the "change oil" light?

Try this procedure;

Locate the "Red" reset button towards the top of the fuse panel, in the fuse panel on the side of the driver side dash. (Open driver side door and remove the fuse panel cover to access the fuse panel and the reset button)

1. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position, but do not start the engine.

2. Press and hold down the "Reset" button until the "Change Oil" light starts flashing.

3. Then press and hold down the "Reset" button again until there is a chime or beep(s) and the "Change Oil" light should then go out.

4. Turn off the ignition, and then start the vehicle and confirm that the "Change Oil" light has been reset.

(May have to repeat the procedure to be successful)

Let me know if this procedure did not work for your vehicle as there are other procedures and depending on the type of system that is being used.

iI you mean 'how to turn change oil light off" go to fuse panel. Open drivers door there is a panel cover on the side of dash board, remove cover there is a red RESET button that resets oil pressure and tire pressure. Turn the ignition key to the on position but don't start the car. Now press and release the reset button the change oil light should start to flash, now press and hold the reset button until you hear chimming hold until chimming stops then release, the change oil light should go off.
