when i drive the car it squeaks

Sounds like your suspension bushing are going bad. Depending on the age of the vehicle, these parts are made of rubber and wear out. They begin rubbing the metal together and can causing a squeaky sound from usually the front suspension. Might be a good idea to have a respectable alignment shop double check this solution. They can show you exactly what the problem is being caused by. It is pretty much a normal issue with older vehicles to need these rubber suspension parts replaced. They can cause alignments to start wearing tires faster and other steering components to wear out prematurely.

I'd say get the alignment done first, and hope you have'nt ruined the tires already. Alignment problems can also wear out bearings prematurely. Start with a rotation of the tires & alignment.
