Keeping track of confusing screws and bolts when disasembling any parts.

i would think that this is the handles that are on the left and (or) right side of the windshield inside that car. if so there should be one or 2 oval inserts that cover the screws / bolts. carefully remove by GENTLY prying on the edge with a slow rocking motion. once removed simply remove the attaching hardware and reinstall handle ... there may be soon torque spec required if not available tighten fully and pull and twist the handle it should not move

So simply put a fuse of that size would most likely be bolted in. And for future reference a fusible link is a wire that acts like a fuse you are dealing with a regular fuse. here is a video of someome changing a fuse on a similar age toyota.

you need to take the fuse box apart and remove a small bolt

you need to take apart the interior panels to gain access to these bolt. there are a few screws and a bunch of snap clips that hold these onto the body of the vehicle. but it is not too complicated to get to.

unscrew all the screws and pull the top of the panel away from the glass. then reach down and pull the latch mechanism that the handle normally does. that what i had to do. its a little tough but it saves the panel. just remove the panel till you get it fixed.

You need be carefull with the plastic fasteners holding them in place. Grab the top most piece of the plastic fastener with pliers and it should slide out. If the bottom piece did not slide out with the top piece, then grab it now and slide it out. Remove all 3 fasteners. Keep these fasteners, they are reusable and I can not guarantee that you will find a hardware store to supply you with them. If you break them, you should possibly try a jeep dealership.
