This vehicle has very complicated wiring and control systems and troubleshooting is beyond most DIYers - you really need the workshop service manual (WSM) to troubleshoot just about anything. In this case, consult the panoramic roof section and follow the instructions for whatever trouble code that may exist. This manual is available online - just google it.

I haven't come across the problem before but I am increasingly hearing of modern cars thinking for themselves (as they are designed to do), the trouble is they sometimes become disoriented and feeling they must try and behave normally they put 2 and 2 together and make five.

Usually it is a case of automatic windows that are closed before they expect to be closed and think they have encountered an obstruction and so go into reverse.

I think it needs dealer diagnostic equipment to reset these things...

Put your foot on the brake. Move the gear shift from end to end. Put into Park and release the brake. It should now come out.

Of the 2 I'd rather own the Taycan. When you look at the specs the Taycan is the faster one not only in a straight line but on the track. Engineering Explained did a great video on this (https://www.taycanevforum.com/threads/why-the-taycan-turbo-s-is-faster-than-the-tesla-model-s.1165/) It also comes with the Porsche pedigree, engineering, and dealer network. The Model S has a higher range but I'd bite the bullet for the Taycan.

Most auto upholstery shops can fix this - mine cost about $600 for a tinted plastic. Clear plastic was the same cost. I had mine done in Costa Mesa, CA

It is likely the blower motor is defective or the connector is burnt or the dash switch is defective, Also the blower motor brushes may just be worn out, when it stops hit the motor with a hammer handle and see if it starts, check all connectors for signs of overheating as well.
