There are very few situations that require changing the BCM. Clean battery connections and lightly coat with Vaseline. Check the earth lead on the negative connections has a nice clean bond to the bodywork. Ok they just tighten down to about 50 pounds but if you don't have a torque wrench just becareful tightening them down I normally don't used a torque wrench on them and I start from the middle skipping one left and right until they all tighten down properly so try it I hope it work for you

Sounds like you are well on your way to finding the problem. Although it appears you may have done so, here are the steps. 1) Somehow be sure the oil is flowing through the pick-up tube to the oil pump. The tube can get clogged. 2) Be sure the oil is then flowing at a great pressure ( 60 p.s.i.?) out of the oil pump. 3) Now see if all the passageways are clear so that oil will flow freely through the engine. To me, it sounds like those passageways may be clogged. Engine overhaulers will drop the bare block in a "soak tank' that will soften the gunk in the passageways so it can be blown out with compressed air. Finally, 4) be sure you do not have a wiped out bearing somewhere, which is allow the oil pressure to hemorrhage out of the sealed pressure system. God bless your efforts.

1. You need to retrieve any engine faulty code with a scanner. 2. It could be many things but let's start with 3. Look engine data if coolant temperature sensor is normal at room temperature. 4. Review engine data for TPS sensor by applying the gas pedal slowly and at the same time look for normal change if not cut wires at the TPS sensor could be an open circuit or short to ground. when the engine warms up. 5. One more thing for now MAF sensor or MAP sensor that said the load on the engine and the amount of air going through MAF sensor. (clean inside the thermal element it will be more accurate. And the air temperature sensor could be at fault. Hope it helps.

Did it do that before you changed the wires and plugs? Could you have changed the sequence?
