Ok I will advise you to get your car scan to find out and pin point the problem but you can also check the shift cable to see if it's not out of place or to tight and that solenoid that's is strip if it is not working the scanner should pick that up but get some electrical spray and spray the wires then tape it up , but while doing so remove the negative battery terminal and when you finish try it again and see how it works
But try getting it scan first to avoid guessing
Let me know how you make out please

try resetting using a scan tool
get a good used one from the wreckers
as they all work of the wheel sensors for the ABS , check for wire or sensor failure
have the fault codes read to determine what sensor is failed

When the vehicle is self-checking, the srs will be on. If the airbag is in good condition, the srs will be off by itself after activation. Breakdowns like this are usually difficult to solve by self-inspection, if there is a breakdown you need to contact the car dealerl in time. As an important passive safety device of the car, the breakdown of the airbag does not affect your normal driving, but do not ignore it. If the airbag pops up because of the failure, it will threaten the life safety of the passengers at any time.
Btw, the old gen Honda Accord does have numerous security risks...

You will need the code for this radio. The code should be inside the owners manual. Look for a white credit card. If it is lost, you will need to go to the dealer for help.

Do a battery load test - it may have charged but if you have a bad plate or plate connection in it, it will not supply the current needed.

It depends on the type, scope and position of the dent.

Some minor dents can be popped out using a heavy duty sucker and others can be pushed out from behind and massaged away by the expert application of special tools.

Many everyday dents can only be minimised and made less noticeable without it becoming a panel beating job and refinishing the paintwork.

Such is the cost of labour and the requirement for the finished work to be of a similar quality to the rest of the car, heavily damaged panels are no longer straightened but replaced.

Likely an MICU issue.

First check fuses 21, 7, 8, 27. Test in circuit using a test lamp to battery negative (check both sides of fuse). Fuse 21 is the power feed from the ignition switch, so expect that is good. The others bypass the ign. switch so one or more of those is where the MICU gets power for locks when ign. switch is off.

If fuses check OK, then test the MICU. See following link.

After the weather gets cold, the vehicle is extremely prone to problems that are difficult to start or fail to start. Such problems will occur mainly because of excessive carbon deposits in the engine of the vehicle or the aging of the battery on the vehicle. If you are in a hurry to use the Civic, you can take out a wrench and tap the fuel tank with external force to make the internal oil pump vibrate; generally, it can be started smoothly after four or five taps.
