You may try contacting Richard from Otherdeal.com. They are in Puerto Rico, but they successfully fixed my friend's ecu that had that same part number. They were the only ones able to fix it. The others turned away because it was not for a rav4 of the usa, but from Chile and the others told that they could not fix it because they had no ways of resetting it.Cheers,John P.

its possible that is a maintance light and car is due for a service. if car was recently serviced then this light was probably not reset, it is set to change with certain mileages

sounds like you blew a main fuse, you have to check under dash and hood. don't let cars sit, its the worst thing you can do.

sounds like wiring harness issue
