The check engine light is telling you the computer is detecting a problem from one or several sensors. You will need to have someone use a scanner to pull the codes. Places like auto zone offer this service for free(they want to sell you parts). Once you find out the codes then you can try and determine what the problem is. Could be anything from a bad plug wire to a plugged fuel filter.

return the car to have the light reset as it is most probably due to the disturbance of something during the service,eg;hose or electrical connection, check what chemicals if any were added to the engine,eg;carbon clean or the like as this can upset sensors as well

Where can I find a repair manual for a 2003 toyota
no real easy solution, Alldata is not complete, at least the DIY component is worst that i've seen. Then the original Toyota shop manual from the dealer is a rip-off, +/- 300$. Believe it or not, i'm considering the shop manual and intend to get on the money within a year.....
Air cond cutting on high pressure
Sounds like there is insufficient cooling through the condenser, either airflow or the refrigerant may be restricted through the condenser due to clogging of refrigernat oil / contaminates. Try spraying cool water from a garden hose over the condenser while the A/C is engaged and monitorthe pressures, if they drop you know there is a problem at the condenser. If you're confident about the operation of the fans / airflow then replace the condenser.
