1995 toyota camry leaking oil from behind the

If you haven't had the timing belt replace (60,000 miles is the suggested service intervale) this is an overlap of having the timing belt replaced.
If the timing belt is not due for replacement and its the cam shaft seal that is leaking. Its a pretty easy fix. Remove the top timing belt cover , and the crankshaft sensor wiring you may have to remove the front engine mount . Set #1 piston at TDC, Loosen tensioner w/ spring slip off belt. **Remove sprocket pull out old seal with a sharp pick. Greese and install new seal make sure its flush with its bore . Reistall sprocket. Slide belt over Cam sprocket tighten tensioner. Install cover and mount (if applicable) Check timing marks by turning crank two revolutions.
** If CamSprocket Bolt is difficult to remove then remove valve cover and use a 21mm wrench to hold the Camshaft while you crack off Cam Sprocket Bolt.
You will see the groves on the Camshaft where you can place a wrench to hold the shaft.
After you replaced the seal replace the valve cover gasket ONLY IF YOU HAD TO REMOVE THE COVER TO HOLD THE CAM WHILE REMOVING ITS BOLT.

This is about as major as it gets.

How do you set the crankshaft to the time shaft

There are marks on the crank gear and the cam gears that line up to marks on the new timing belt. An old belt might not have the marks any more because of age. Therefore a new belt might be necessary to be sure of this.

Radiator cooling fans won't come

Some cars have a thermostat that tells the fans when the water temp reaches a certain temp then the fans start. Or the relay that starts them could be bad. You may find the relay and switch it with another like it and see if that works.

No compression 1995 toyota camry 3.0

In all cylinders? The only thing I can suggest is to squirt a little oil in the low cylinders and see if the reading goes up at all. If it does, the valve seats are worn and need rework. If not, the piston rings are worn, and you need a new short block.

TRANSMISSION SLIPPING 1995 TOYOTA CAMRY

I assume you are referring to manual transmission. Taking the aged of your vehicle into consideration your clutch plate assembly need to be replaced (Clutch and pressure plate and thrust bearing) The first symptom of a clutch system worn to it limits is the slipping experienced. Any vehicle's clutch will wear down over time and will need to be replaced after a while. As a interim the clutch can be adjusted at the hydraulic servo that activates the clutch lever entering the gear box. Open the hood and look down to your right at the gearbox. Let somebody step on the clutch pedal and look for the movement where the servo activates the clutch lever going inside the gearbox. It is possible to adjust the pin that moves in and out of the servo - adjust to shorter length (Only a fraction of a inch). Get in to the car start it up and engage 1 st gear. Let the clutch out slowly. It should start to "take" within a inch from the lowest pedal position. If not shorten the pin a bit more. "Shortening" of the pin must be stop when a gap becomes visible between the servo pin and the lever going into the gearbox - no driving of the vehicle should then be undertaken as it will let you down at the next intersection.
