Please describe why is

You didn't mention the year or model or your vehicle but thats not important I'll just give more detail. Air bags are supposed to be guaranteed to work and in good operating condition for a period of 10 years after the vehicle is made. These are federally mandated guidelines. After 10 years is up you would need to have the dealer go through their process and either replace them or recertify them at your cost. Now if your airbag indicator light is on for no apparent reason (no damage to vehicle, sensors, tampering with steering wheel or other) than it sounds like you have a sensor fault which you'll want to have checked by the dealer asap (Most shops would not touch it for liability reasons) I have seen an instance with a chevy 2500 series truck that had the airbag light illuminated and the airbag deployed prematurely (not a fun thing if you're driving down the road I'm sure) so make haste in getting that checked out

P0442 Evaporative Emission System Leak Detected (small leak)
not

P0457 which is the gas cap is loose or off.

This means that there may be a leak in the hoses that lead from the gas tank to the charcoal canister, if so equipped.

Good luck on finding the leak and repairing.

Where the heck is the

Toyota have two places to hide the fuel filter....One place is under the bonnet (Hood)....When standing in front looking at the car on your right, behind the wheel arch, on the fire wall close to the bottom in the corner....It has two banjo bolts which are 17mm and 19mm, which should be loosened first....(The fuel is pressurized, so its a good idea to use goggles when doing this job) After loosening remove the clamp nuts which are 10mm....Remove and replace....
The other place to look is close to the tank at the back of the car underneath....For that one it's down under and get dirty....Don't forget the goggles....

How can i get the code as to why my check engine

assuming your Toyota is post 1995, most auto part store chains have free scanning service--autozone, pep boys, etc. Let us know the codes when you get them.

If you have an earlier model that doesn't have OBD II terminal, get back to me with model and year--there are special procedures for extracting codes.

Trying to remove castle bolt

Use a good quality wrench, Add a pipe to lengthen the tourqe you will pull with make sure you are going the proper direction ( clockwise tighten counterclockwise loosen when looking at top of bolt ) and pull hard. This is a tricky situation too, its 50/50 that the bolt will break if you use too much force but if you pull with all you can and it comes loose its good, But if it breaks before you loosen it than it should of been replaced before you needed it removed. Also did you remove the COTTERPIN before spining nut?

I have a Toyota Echo

There is a flotation operated sender inside the gas tank, which provides information to the gauge.
Either your sender has died or become corrupted by taking on gas, or the gauge has died. Probably easier cheaper and faster to have the gauge checked out at a dealer than to pull the tank out. Might be a common problem on that model or year. Ask a dealer service department how much to figure it out.

2003 echo steering is shaking

You will need to take the car in for a wheel alignment and have the tires balanced. Adjusting the angles of the wheel so that they are perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other will stop the shaking. Have the mechanic also look at your rack and pinion, C/V axles, and wheel bearings before you drive the car again. Click on the link below to read more:

How to change blower motor

Hello
the blower motor is located under the dash on the right or passenger side of the car, remove the panel that is under the dash to gain access to it, the blower will be held into the plastic blower housing by 3 course thread machine screws, disconnect the electrical connector to the motor and then the screws that retain it into the air duct, you may need to move other parts to the side to fully remove the motor and squirrel cage, the squirrel cage blower wheel is held to the blower motor shaft by a metal retainer, very easy to remove, once the clip is removed pull evenly in the plastic blower wheel and it will come straight off the blower shaft, reverse to reinstall new motor. Below is a picture of the motor and blower wheel.

Unable to shift out of

Your vehicle has a shift cable that is secured to a neutral safety switch that is mounted on the transmission. From the info provided, I suspect either the cable needs to be replaced or the switch on the trans. Worst case could be an internal problem in the transmission, but an inspection of the shift linkage, cable and switch will most likely be your solution.
