Starter will not turn

Does the starter make one click when you turn the key to the start position? If so, your starter solenoid contacts are worn/burnt. You can either replace the starter (expensive), or remove the starter & have the contacts replaced (inexpensive); Starter contact replacements are a common repair item.

The left side dash light is out on the air

The LED bulbs on the AC/FAN cluster can be replaced. However, if you go to a dealer, they'll want to replace the entire cluster.

There are forums that can show you step by step LED bulb replacements that require only a simple trip to Radio Shack to get a soldering gun, some LED bulbs and a solder extractor (for the old stuff that melts off).

Here's a link to a step-by-step bulb replacement with pictures:

Good luck!

Here's asite that will explain everything you need to know about airbag systems, airbaglights and resetting the system. Itshows you the location of the components and the procedure for diagnosingand/or resetting airbag light. Not allvehicles need everything replaced. The battery light indicates your alternator is not charging the battery. Sometimes this will cause other lights to come on. I would check the alternator first. The voltage at the battery should be at least 14 volts DC with the engine running. If it isn't, remove the alternator and have it tested. If the voltage is good, please get back to me for additional suggestions, and thanks for using FixYa.
