Hi Lori. Have you checked whether you do have a problem with your fuel Pressure regulator,which might allows the injection system to overfeed the injectors as a result to smell strongly of fuel? Also with a strong overfeeding and smelling fuel unburned,there is a possibility to blow your catalytic converter. Remove your spark plugs -if are new- just clean them and back on to see any difference.

Nox is created in the engine, and the hotter the engine the more Nox is created.Get your car to run as cool as you can,oil change.engine/rad flush,fresh coolant,tune it up etc.In addition a high nox number may be a sign that your catalytic converter needs to be replaced.The converter is where the nox gets neutralized. good luck

tun the light on use test light and check the fuse for head light.if good disconnect the socket and check for power . switch test light to positive terminal and check for ground. if no ground inspect the ground wire to the body for lose and corrosion.

Have you checked generic & enhanced data for codes with a scan tool? Have you scoped the TPS to put that to rest? Your putting in throttle, but the ecu is not adding air calculation or fuel,so you need to do some testing to see what's missing. Starts & runs good, but under load or higher vacuum it bogs,so check the egr system or any vacuum related systems. Check for vacuum leaks,intake,exhaust before converter & evap system

IF your man is a proper technician then he would take the car for a ride and know immediatly whats wrong here,this could be anything or everything although i would be inclined to think maybe a wheel bearing but without a drive i could even think what could be wrong sorry but ?

fsm covers this , no year, so can say. release belt tension remove old belt put on new set tension or if autotensioner, let it do its thing.
