Check for corrosion at the wire side of the plug (would be a green dust. You may need to strip back some of the plastic to get a good look at the wire)

Pull the starter and have it bench tested by an accredited auto electrician. Problems include worn brushes --- bad solenoid ---dry joints in the armature bars.-- burnt armature commy bars.

check timing and loose or prob a faulty spark plug

right side cv joint is going bad, need to change both, left and right

means that you need to change oil, and reset it

both windows use fuse # 32 located under dash, so if drivers side works, then you might need to check on motor to passenger side, if it works from drivers side check on switch to see if the plug is in the switch

not main fuse box under hood, fuse box under dash # 34 15 amp

well depends on how it was driven, little old lady maybe, a young kid maybe not, need to ask where is the car fax

look on tires they will tell you what size you need

on the cluster it looks like a tire with ! in it

there is a little more to do before you can, ball joint for steering arm, remove 3 bolts on bottom of hub, 2 bolts on shock, and wheel nut this is a choir in its self, I take it that you want to replace the bearings, you will need to have a press to do this.

did you remove the air cleaner box to install a new battery?, if so check that you tightened the clamp back to the MASS sensor, this will cause that problem

first do not think it is the motor, it could be lots of different things, it could be as simple as a cv joint being needed to be repaired, or even a brake problem, if you do not know how to repair, find a good mechanic to check it out for you
