ill tell you all these rain sensors are new design and none of them work right, good luck with this one, ive had customers take back to dealer and they replie nothing is wrong that how they work,even went as far as replacing the rain sensor on windsheild, hope this helps.

change fuel/ second check timing / third make sure that your advance system is working properly
if it doesn't advance the engine will kackle

if its a standard trans yes. put in second gear with the key on and clutch pushed in, when you reach about 5mph let the clutch out until it starts then place in nuetral with the park brake applied and disconnect from the tow vehicle

You can tighten the belt or replace the belt - its a REALLY REALLY EASY job, can be done in 5 minutes by a novice -
Buy a new fanbelt (£4.00 approx - dont pay more than £7.00 go somewhere else if you encounter silly prices!!!)
the alternator is on the bottom of the engine on the left hand side, looking at it it seems you need to do it from underneath, if you park it with the 2 offside(right hand side) wheels on the kerb that should give enough room.
There are 2 bolts with nuts that go through the alternator holding it in place, slacken these bolts (one is a "hinge", one is a "clamp") so you can move the alternator - either fit the new belt (look at the old one first and see how it goes on) or tighten the alternator with the old one.
See how by moving the alternator you slacken and loosen the belt... Pull it to tighten the belt and then while still pulling/pushing tighten the "clamp" bolt to hold the alternator in place, then tighten the "hinge" bolt then again put full pressure on the clamp bolt and tighten it fully. You have to keep pressure on the alternator while you tighten the bolts, 'the bolts must be tightened very tight, you wont break the bolts unless you are particularly strong so just tighten them as tight as you can.
The belt should have very little give in it but some*** , be sturdy but not SOLID! - should be quiet again!

You probably have a short in the start button itself.

is on top of the gear box its a small black thing with two brass straps on it and a two ten sized nuts holding it on. also has a small round block connector on it.

if its the one with the skinny spark plugs thes can cause that problem.

remove it from the car, drilla largish hole in the plastic behind the catch, and use a screw driver to unclip it. it takes a bit of effort.

once you get it off trim down the lug for the next time so it comes out easier.

Go for the more modern, higher spec DOT4. Mondeo brake fluid is what i would recommend personally.

Try cleaning the battery post. Remember cranking a car requires large amount of current. Check the battery voltage while cranking. The voltage should not fall too far below 12 volts. If it does then you have a weak battery.

I would think that it's related to your traction control

could be to do with ur coils, best thing 2 o would be 2 go 2 a scrap yeard an buy 4 secont hand coils an try them
