At what mileage do I
the ideal way in changing plugs is to replace it every time you change your engine oil, which is aroung 10,000 kms or 6 months (depending on the oil used). but to save some money, you can always check first the condition of your plugs if it really needs to be changed.
you can check the condition of your plugs by removing it from the cylinder head and checking its contacts:
1. if the contact is brownish in color, then your plug is still perfectly fine.
2. if it is not brown, there is either something wrong in your plug or your engine. so this will be a good time to replace your plugs.
*** tip - when changing your spark plugs, always replace all of them at the same time with the same model and same brand. this technique will ensure that your plugs will be consistent in providing spark always.
Can i drive a car
you can, but it is not advisable to drive it any further then the auto parts store. you could lose coolant and get debris in your coolant that could both cause large repair bills.
good luck
The fan for the heater
I had this problem too and managed to bodge a fix. There are a bunch of cables under the passenger side dash and one of them seems to be connected to this. I used a wiring tie to reposition the offending cable and it now works again.
I fitted a timing belt
Good evening, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems however it is nothing that cannor be recovered from. You either have your timing 180 degrees off or your marks moved. A good hint is when you finish your installation give the belt a few rotations until your marks line up again that way you know everything is good. I hope this helps, and if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.

Check out faxonautoliterature.com. They list 2 different manuals for your car and it's quite likely that at least one of them will contain the factory wiring diagrams. I've used them before and had excellent service. Hope this helps.
